Now a little worry after reading all the postings here.. but for 12k ( diff from a getz 1.1), I'm willing to go thru a little inconvenience... Hoped to meet up with all soon....

Its a normal plate. I only test drive the QQ as i wanted the smallest and cheapest car in market, Mit i and Sub R1/2 is smaller in cc but darm ex man..
The car seems ok, as long change gear above 2.5 k, i feel power quite ok loh... now more worry abt the other things like remote dr lock stuff mentioned by the other forumer...

Don't worry. We share the same common issue. It is a car with 4 wheel that get you place to place.

If you are looking for a performance car, it is a wrong place for that. if you have in mind a budget car that bring your point A to point B. It work. :)

Got my car yesterday liao! yeah!! overall quite satisfy with everything. It a yellow car, with yellow panel inside. leather seat also yellow. but today gg out suddenly realised tat the rite side fog lamp burn liao... hehe .. think i will get it change when i gg for 1k serving....

The QQ's max power is at 6000 RPM. Try to drive at 3000 RPM (max). Driving at half power will help to "run-in" the engine. Learned that from Discovery Channel. If I'm wrong mean they are wrong also lah :icon10:

not to worry as ur ride is still under 'warranty'. my ride had some water in the right side signal lamp. going to tell the Vertex guys to change the seal on it when go for next servicing. the SE said do it free as still got 'warranty' n ride is just 3 mths old.

I spend 1000km running at that slow speed. But even after 1000km, I can't really speed any faster with 800cc. lol...

I think there are some resturant at andrews ave ( think its the place u refering to).. there is another resturant near jetty, park at the last carpark, then walk inside the park, u will see some tents at the end. thats where the resturant is... quite many variety of food, but only not sure if its halal though...

Hi Guys... I am a new Chery-convert since 6 Feb 08. I used to drive a Hyundai for almost 4 years and was looking at Subaru Impreza n Nissan Latio before at last opting to go for Chery even after much apprehension from my frens..... but hey.. some of dem are digging my ride now.. hehe..

If any of you happen to see me on road... a black t11 with an AllBlack wheel cover sticker.... dats me :icon54:

I've seen an authorised service center in JB just opposite of Holiday Plaza. I've also seen a showroom along Kota Tinggi Road(towards Kota Tinggi) about half km from Hotel Selesa. V5 is also assembled in Malaysia therefore there should be accessories too.
