Mark X vs CAMRY

Does Anyone have any idea of Mark X as compare to the Camry2.4 from Borneo Motor, which is better as both pricing are of similarities.

mark is better in terms of interior.v6 engine ,similar to Is250 .also

camry 2.4 is 167 BHP. mark X is 215BHP which is the same as honda accord euro R. 10 BHP lesser than honda civic type R. enough said. :D

...have check and still prefer Camry from Borneo Motor. Now waiting for COE to drop after GST imposed.
Reason: Electric Seat, Cruise Control, Plasma AC, Multi Meter Display, etc. Mark X only avantage is power while Camry from PI does not have full option.

Totally agreed with Andy on his points.

Anyway Citizen, since your ideal car in the future is a Lexus, why not get the Mark X which got the same engine as the Lexus is250?

Just to recall a point you mentioned.
Camry do have cruise control, but do we actually need one here in singapore roads? by the time you enjoy your cruising, you may need to step on the brakes due to cars cut into your lane, traffic jam, red lights etc...


Given the option, personally I would choose Mark X.

That's a good piece of advice as I'm looking at the Mark X. Notice there is similarity in body shape between the Mark X & GS300.

Thanks JSlancer...Seems New Camry from Borneo has better holding power in terms of re-sale and Unless Borneo bring in Mark X, still prefer from authorise agent cos have very bad experience with PI. Eg. Feb'07 Camry sell for 86k but dealer asking 89k new model 2.0cc. Mark X however sells higher but OMV much lower, but re-sale value, price lower than New Camry.
